Morning Yoga -Joy Aldrich

Nature Center

Begin each day with a morning yoga practice. Align your three souls in breath work (pranayama), postures (asana) and meditation (dhyana). Each class is a personal ceremony where three essential pieces are applied, intention, attention and purposeful. All are welcome in class, no prior yoga experience necessary. Modifications will be provided, you are asked to honor your body for your highest good without harm.

Joy Aldrich is an empowered healing facilitator with an eclectic approach. She is a 200 hour RYT. Her yoga classes focus on the physical aspect of movement and the spiritual practice of self acceptance. Each of her classes are unique and follow the principle of honoring your body where “you” are in “the” moment. Joy is a student at the Temple of Witchcraft’s Mystery School and an ongoing focus on the Goddess and the Mysteries that lay beyond.

From Biddy Early in the courtroom to organized cursing groups on Facebook, Witches have engaged in the fight for justice throughout history. If Magick is about change (and much change needs to be made), where do we begin? Join us for a discussion and series of exercises on identifying what breaks our individual hearts and how we may use our personal and Magickal skills to address them.

Courtney Weber is a Wiccan priestess, writer, tarot adviser, and activist based in McMinnville, Oregon. She is the author of Brigid: History, Mystery, and Magick of the Celtic Goddess and Tarot for One: The Art of Reading for Yourself. Courtney produced and designed Tarot of the Boroughs, a modern tarot deck set in New York City, composed of original photography. She has been published on Huffington Post, The Wild Hunt, Circle Times magazine, and elsewhere.

A foundational overview of the Avalonian Tradition, we will draw upon the rich heritage of Celtic British mythology and the vibrant powers of its Sacred Landscape to explore the Avalonian Cycle of Healing — an effective paradigm of inner transformation found encoded in the initiatory symbolism of the Cauldron of Ceridwen. Discover how to reclaim the Quest for the Holy Vessel of Wisdom and Inspiration and use it to enliven our inner landscapes with its healing power.

Jhenah Telyndru is a priestess, author and educator whose published works include “Avalon Within”, “The Avalonian Oracle”, and “Rhiannon: Divine Queen of the Celtic Britons”. The founder of the Sisterhood of Avalon, she facilitates international trainings in the Avalonian Tradition, is a frequent presenter at conferences and festivals, and hosts pilgrimages to the British Isles and Ireland. Jhenah holds a master’s degree in Celtic Studies from the University of Wales, Trinity St. David.

Recipes and food traditions are passed down through generations. We can stay connected to our heritage through these magickal heirloom recipes. In this class we will discuss how to welcome the ancestors with the practices of Kitchen Witchery. Particularly focusing on cooking to call in and celebrate our heritage and our passed loved ones through food.

Dawn Hunt, also known as “The Kitchen Witch” has been practicing Witchcraft for over 20 years. Discovering her true passion in the craft in Kitchen Witchery, she has been teaching workshops on Kitchen Witchery for over 10 years. Her company, Cucina Aurora Kitchen Witchery has become a successful gourmet foods company based in her own spiritual path of mindful meal making. She has written two books on Kitchen Witchery and is always working towards her true passion; spreading love through food.

People from all walks of life are welcome to gather together simply as people who will die. Please note: This is not a counseling group or a bereavement group.

Danielle Dionne is a psychic medium, witch, healer and teacher. Deeply connected with the ancestors, Danielle’s eclectic practice draws upon a vast foundation in mediumship, healing arts, shamanism, witchcraft, ceremonial magick, herbalism and rootwork. She serves as Scorpio Deputy Minister, is a hospice volunteer and is passionate about “the Good Death”. Danielle is the proprietress of Moth and Moon Studio, a spiritual center located in Bedford, NH.

Elsa Elliott is a healer, intuitive reader, minister, teacher, singer, and mental health counselor who serves as the Lead Minister of Scorpio. She is a graduate of the Temple Mystery School. She has helped the dead cross over for 18 years. Fire Tending 101 -Hawkeye

From the practical to spiritual and connection with the fire. The practical includes safety, how to build/feed fire, and a brief history/myths/symbolism. The spiritual connection will include a meditation to connect with fire. Most of the work will be with meditations and will include hands on work.

Hawkeye has been managing Sacred Fire and part of Team TempleFest for the past 3 years. She has studied under Wren on the safety, building, maintaining and connection with sacred fire.

A Light in the Dark: The Crafting and Use of Magical Lamps -Matt Venus

Main Hall

Since the ancient world, magical lamps have been used for conjuring spirits, devotional offering, and for practical spellwork. In this workshop we will discuss the history of magical lamps as well as the practical crafting of lamps with easily accessible and affordable household items. Lastly we will discuss how magical lamps may be employed in ritual. And, in keeping with our theme, each participant will craft an ancestral devotional lamp Of their own. $5 material fee requested.

Matthew Venus is an artist, witch, writer, and magical apothecary. He is the owner and curator of Spiritus Arcanum, an occult shop which focuses upon quality and handcrafted magical tools and formulas.

The Great Beast has made invaluable contributions to modern paganism that have been overshadowed by his dark reputation. During this talk we will take an honest, unflinching look into the life and work of the much maligned magician, piercing the veil of his infamy to reveal a Magus whose occult legacy endures to this day.

James Stone has been a ceremonial magician for more than 25 years and is a longtime member of Ordo Templi Orientis. His syncretic perspective incorporates elements of Buddhism, Discordianism, harmonic resonance theory, martial arts, Qabalah and Thelema. In this ritual we will gather in sacred space and call upon the Queer Spirit to relate stories and insights of our connection to it as we seek in vision to go deeper. Morning Tai Chi -Michael Cantone

Nature Center

For this class we will walk the path of a Tai Chi martial artist by actually doing Tai Chi. Tai Chi is a self-defense system as well as a great way to get in some exercise. With Tai Chi we work mind, body, and spirit all at the same time. We will start with a stretch, learn stances, perform movement, and learn a short form. Join me in this class and learn one of the ways of the warrior.

Michael Cantone is a witch, ordained minister, High Priest, lead minister of Aries ministry, and a 3rd degree black belt in karate. Michael is responsible for TOW protection, leads protection rituals and other rituals. Michael oversees Aries’s military outreach and teaches self-defense classes. Michael performs crossing over rites, participates in TempleFest planning, mentors students in the mystery school, and counsel’s community members.

Join the Children’s Ministry Saturday morning for kids yoga and field games! We will be practicing outside (weather permitting) to wake our bodies and stretch in kid friendly and interactive ways. We will focus on mindfulness, being aware of our breath and bodies as we flow through the poses. Then we’ll get our hearts pumping with field games with a magickal twist. Please bring a mat or a towel to practice on if you are able. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Raising Our Voices, Reclaiming Our Sovereignty -Renee Bedard

We are told to follow rules and be productive in society. Women cannot get angry. Men must take control. But what does that teach us? Together, we will explore the myth of Mis, one of the first Wild Women who would not be harnessed, striking fear into the hearts of men. It was Dubh Ruis who saw her pain and offered comfort. Together they found balance and healing took place. Through meditation, we will give voice to our unspoken depths, balancing our Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine selves.

Renee Bedard is an empathic psychic intuitive channel and a Usui Reiki Master Teacher. Practicing for over nine years, Renee works with her spiritual team to offer insight and guidance to help her clients move forward. As a teacher, she works out of a shop north of Boston where she holds rituals, Goddess Circles, and various classes to empower and heal. For the last three years, Renee has written Sunday Morning Meditations on her Facebook page and also writes a blog called ‘Brigid’s Corner’.

Join the Temple of Witchcraft for the celebration of the First Harvest. We give thanks for the grains, recognizing that the Sun’s power is beginning to wane as he gives the last of his energy to gift us with a harvest that will sustain us through the winter’s cold. Consuming the grains of the God, we ask for the way of balance and wisdom as we dance the spiral of the Goddess.

Think “Build-a-Bear” style while we work together, giving your bunny a stone and dried herbs from the Children’s Lammas ritual to sew inside. The Morrigan, Morgan Le Fay, and the Nine Morgens of Avalon -Jhenah Te

Often believed to be transcultural reflexes of each other, what connections exist between the Irish Morrigan and similarly named figures from Welsh and Arthurian Traditions? We will trace the evolution of Morgan Le Fay in Arthurian lore, discuss the Morgens of Avalon, and explore their relationship to other Ninefold Sisterhoods in Celtic legend. Finally, we will journey into the presence of the Nine Maidens of Annwn and ask to receive a blessing from their Otherworldly Cauldron of Inspiration.

Through the Hidden Door: Working With The Fae -Michael Smith

The Fae, in Their numerous forms, have been the fascination of humans since our two Lines first came to be present in the World with one another. This class will give an overview of some of the most commonly held beliefs concerning the Fae, their Realm, and their connection to Us. Then we will look at some additional ways of looking at and interacting with the Fae and how to find, and perhaps open, the Hidden Door.

Michael has been practicing Wicca, Magick, and various esoteric disciplines since 1989 and became active in the Pagan community in 1993 when he joined the Assembly of the Sacred Wheel, a Wiccan organization in the Mid-Atlantic region, and serves as an Elder of the ASW. He is inspired by his studies of astrology, Qabalah, ritual, and natural magick. He lives in southern Delaware and is one of the stewards of Seelie Court, 100 acres of Pagan-owned land dedicated to the growth of the Pagan paths.

Queer Spirit Cafe -Steve Kenson

The Beginning

Offered by the Temple’s Gemini Ministry, the Queer Spirit Café is a safe and supportive space for the discussion and exploration of what the Temple calls the “queer mysteries” and the place of LGBTQ people and experiences within our tradition and the greater context of Witchcraft and paganism. All are welcome to attend, regardless of how you identify, and no one is expected or required to disclose their sexual or gender identification. Only an open mind and respectful attitude are required.

Steve Kenson is Temple of Witchcraft co-founder, board vice-president, and Gemini lead minister. He has studied and practiced occult traditions for over twenty years, focused on his current ministry’s areas of communication (symbolism and meaning), queer spirituality, spirit-work, and heresy (in it’s original meaning “to choose”).

Conjuring the Dead: Graveyard work & Necromancy -Matt Venus

Amphitheater

Graveyard work, working with the dead, and items associated with death is a common thread which runs through American folk magic. In this workshop we will discuss the cultural and magical relevance of the graveyard, as well as appropriate practices for both safely and respectfully working there. Further, we will discuss types of spellwork often performed in graveyards, materials often gathered or left there, and how to effectively work with the spirits encountered in the city of the dead.

Matthew Venus is an artist, witch, writer, and magical apothecary. He is the owner and curator of Spiritus Arcanum, an occult shop which focuses upon quality and handcrafted magical tools and formulas.

Morning Yoga -Joy Aldrich

Nature Center

Begin each day with a morning yoga practice. Align your three souls in breath work (pranayama), postures (asana) and meditation (dhyana). Each class is a personal ceremony where three essential pieces are applied, intention, attention and purposeful. All are welcome in class, no prior yoga experience necessary. Modifications will be provided, you are asked to honor your body for your highest good without harm.

Joy Aldrich is an empowered healing facilitator with an eclectic approach. She is a 200 hour RYT. Her yoga classes focus on the physical aspect of movement and the spiritual practice of self acceptance. Each of her classes are unique and follow the principle of honoring your body where “you” are in “the” moment. Joy is a student at the Temple of Witchcraft’s Mystery School and an ongoing focus on the Goddess and the Mysteries that lay beyond.

Osiris, Set, Horus: The Eternal Struggle -Michael Smith

Good vs. Evil, Light vs. Dark, Order vs. Chaos. These themes are part of many major religions of today and yesterday, and are being explored in a extreme ways in our lives. What does the myth of Osiris, Set, and Horus reveal about the philosophies of the Egyptians, and what do they reveal about the nature of the Universe? What do they say about our own time, and the future we face?

Michael has been practicing Wicca, Magick, and various esoteric disciplines since 1989 and became active in the Pagan community in 1993 when he joined the Assembly of the Sacred Wheel, a Wiccan organization in the Mid-Atlantic region, and serves as an Elder of the ASW. He is inspired by his studies of astrology, Qabalah, ritual, and natural magick. He lives in southern Delaware and is one of the stewards of Seelie Court, 100 acres of Pagan-owned land dedicated to the growth of the Pagan paths.

Come and explore the use of ritual, meditation, psychic awareness, and connection with the ancestors and land as a means to work with and express grief and bereavement. These practices and rituals provide proactive ways to process your feelings about the death of a loved one and transform your relationship with them so they can join your spiritual team of guides and guardians.

Elsa Elliott is a healer, intuitive reader, minister, teacher, singer, and mental health counselor who serves as the Lead Minister of Scorpio. She is a graduate of the Temple Mystery School. She has helped the dead cross over for 18 years. She provides classes on grief and bereavement, ancestor communication, crossing over, knowing your rights about your rites, and facilitates Death Cafes.

Recovering From Life’s Challenges the Witch’s Way -Michael Cantone

For this class there will be a general discussion of what it’s like to experience life’s multiple challenges and how to journey through them and recover from them the witch’s way.
The discussion will focus on the importance of continuous maintenance of one’s basic magickal workings, reaching out to the ancestors, and other magickal workings as well as non-magickal. We will close with a working to seek a spirit guide to help us through our life’s challenges.

Michael Cantone is a witch, ordained minister, High Priest, lead minister of Aries ministry, and a 3rd degree black belt in karate. Michael is responsible for TOW protection, leads protection rituals and other rituals. Michael oversees Aries’s military outreach and teaches self-defense classes. Michael performs crossing over rites, participates in TempleFest planning, mentors students in the mystery school, and counsel’s community members.

Giving the Ancestors a Place in Your Home -Jason Nadeau

Working with your Ancestors can be a transformative experience for spiritual practice, even more so if it’s part of your daily practice. Bring copies of pictures of your ancestors or small objects that they owned. We’ll build an ancestor altar as a class, cover who should be on the altar including the ancestors we don’t know the daily working and maintenance that would be part of that altar, and the spiritual work that can be done to bring balance and change to life.

Jason is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master/Teacher, Shamanic Practitioner/Diviner, and Certified Firewalk Instructor as well as a student in the Temple of Witchcraft Mystery School. He works as a full-time independent Massage Therapist and Shamanic Practitioner at Rye Therapeutic Massage in Rye New Hampshire as well as teaching classes in the subjects that he enjoys.
